sweet & simple

Sometimes less is more and simplicity is enough to get the job done.  Even though it is retired, I love the Elegant Soiree DSP because of the colors and its simple elegance. I just think the Baja Breeze/Marina Mist colors go so well with the Soft Suede. As you can see, I kept this card super simple because I wanted the floral image on the DSP to be the focal point. I added 1/8" taffeta ribbon in very vanilla for a little embellishment. I am still deciding what I want to add as a sentiment.



For the inside of the card, I simple adhered a strip of Thoroughly Modern DSP (retired) in Soft Suede to a piece of very vanilla card stock.
