Last night my upline hosted her monthly demonstrator's meeting at her house and we were asked to bring cards to swap. The goal was to create something with a Spring or Easter theme. I immiediately thought of the flowers from the Easy Events stamp set! So with this card, I was essentially able to kill two birds with one stone - I created my 5th card project with the Easy Events stamp set AND had something that fit into the the springtime theme to swap!
Paper: Early Espresso CS; Whisper White CS; Bashful Blue CS; Just Add Cake DSP
Ink: Poppy Parade; Peach Parfait; Marina Mist; Pear Pizzazz
Stamps: Easy Events
Tools: Big Shot; Beautiful Wings Embosslit; Cupcake Builder punch; Word Window Punch
Accessories: Dazzling Details
In case anyone was wondering, I used the cupcake builder punch to create the clouds from Bashful Blue CS. See how versatile the punches are! =) I think it's great that they can be used to create so many different things!
Hope you like it! I would love to get some feedback as to whether or not you all like the cards, or if there are any particular SU stamp sets you want to see projects for - If I have that stamp set, I'll see what I can do =)
